I’ve had 2 extractions here and have always been made feel comfortable. Thank you Dr Eden. The support before, during and after the procedures is amazing. This is my now go to place for all my dental needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!
Had part of a root canal done a few weeks ago. Went back to have the balance of the procedure completed. Noted to the dentist Tatiana that at the previous visit I had a very runny nose for a couple of days. I attributed this to local anaesthetic injected into my hard palate. Requesting this not be done again. Tatiana was very dismissive of this. She then Jabbed a probe into my lip? The only comment was I told you too keep your mouth open. She then followed this up with I don’t want to treat you, I will refer you somewhere else. I have been to this practice before and been very satisfied. I believe that a patient has the right to ask questions

I really appreciate the team at Pure Dentistry. Going to my appointments is really difficult for me, but doctor Sarah and everyone are always so kind. I feel like they make it possible for me to take good care of my teeth. They have great communication before during and after the appointment. With courtesy calls, reminder texts, and any necessary follow up.
