We have been using Make It Clean for more than 3 years. The teams they set you up with are just great and become part of the family. They love our dog too! Have recommended many of our friends onto their services and will continue to. I’ve done all types of cleans with them - spring cleaning, deep cleaning and regular cleans. All are great. We’ve had teams change over the years due to them moving on. It’s always sad because you form a great relationship with them. But the Make It Clean team is great with setting us up with a new team when this happens. They make it easy. Thanks Make It Clean.
AVOID THIS CLEANING COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! This company has to be one of the most unprofessional and pathetic cleaning services I have ever had clean our house. We paid this company $250 week to clean our house, and the job they did was terrible! They always arrived 5-10 minutes late and a left early. Leaving early wouldn’t be a problem if they actually did a decent job, however we were continually showing them areas they had missed. This feedback however fell on deaf ears, as each week the job was never up to scratch, and we were continually underwhelmed and frustrated with the job they did. If anyone who is considering using this company wants to contact me to find out more about how unprofessional this company is, please email me . I’ll gladly point you else where to save you the time and money of dealing with such an unprofessional company. Also to the owners of this company, don’t reply to this review pretending like you don’t have our booking as a way to mislead future customers that this review or others is fake. You cleaned our house continually for weeks in Ascot. I can easily attach photos from the cameras in our house of your cleaners to prove this to every other customer wanting to verify this.

I organised a deep clean for my parents as the heavier aspects of cleaning have now become too much for them. The cleaners were very professional, were able to do more than expected in the time allocated and communicated very well with my mother about the wet floor and when it was safe again to walk on as they could see she had some mobility difficulties. My mother has said she’d love to know what Make It Clean use to clean the floors as she can see her reflection in the floor for the first time! My parents were so impressed they've decided to get a regular service from now on.
