Grand Brisbane Day Tour: Terrible - the worst tour we have ever been on. This was not the company named on our booking. The driver who collected us had a poor grasp of English. Very little information was initially given to us about what was happening. There was confusion at the bus station with the driver and our "tour guide". The bus driver quite frankly was dangerous and should not have a licence at all. The commentary by the tour guide was erratic and amateurish throughout. A problem passenger rattled the guide who should have been trained to handle a situation like this. The only good part of the tour was the ferry ride down the river to Southbank. We gladly took the opportunity of leaving the tour early when the bus dropped off another passenger at the hotel.
Received a complimentary coach transfer as part of an event I was attending. The bus was excellent, clean and spacious. Driver was lovely and we had Allison from JPT on board with us. She was friendly and chatty. An absolutely delightful experience!
Late pick up. The man we got didnt introduce himself or say anything at all- just seemed grumpy the whole time. Suppose we still got where we needed to go but it would be nice to be greeted with at least a smile and a hello though. Not just doors open and a grumpy look as soon as I walked up.
Your driver nearly killed me while I was crossing the road on a green signal on 11 April. He didn't seem to understand basic road rules like need to give way to pedestrians and not merge 3 lanes round a corner without indicating. Absolutely disgraceful. Learn to value human life over making a yellow light you moron. Your license should be revoked.
